The Grief Healer is a nurturing treatment designed to gently support you through periods of loss, longing, and sadness. Learn about the various types of grief, especially disenfranchised grief, which is when our losses are not openly acknowledged or socially supported. Aside from death loss, understand the ways in which we experience loss and longing and find appropriate ways to cope with your loss. We can help guide you to a new normal and help you adapt, adjust and integrate to life with grief. Share your stories and experiences and have them acknowledged, understood and validated in an unbiased and safe environment. Alternatively, if you do not wish to talk, you can just enjoy the Grief Healer treatment as outlined below - and simply feel held and supported without the hard conversation.
gentle nurturing
These sessions blend calming Acupressure Massage, Reiki Healing, and Sound Therapy using tuning forks on key acupressure points. The gentle vibrations help release emotional tension, creating space for comfort, clarity, and inner peace. They can be combined with grief counselling (as outlined above) or just as an easy way to switch off without sharing or retelling painful memories.

We are working on The Grief Companion which is designed to accompany you through your journey. Your companion will contain reiki-infused crystals, a roll-on aromatherapy oil to evoke calm, a candle, and a guide to Grief & Bereavement.
We have also curated a thoughtful mix of songs about grief, healing, and slowly finding your way back. These songs are across genres and moods, from very tender to quietly hopeful.
