Loss & Longing

Grief is often associated with the death of a loved one, but grief can arise from many kinds of loss. You may be grieving the end of a relationship, a divorce or separation, the loss of a job, a change in health, a move from a place you loved, or the life you once imagined for yourself.

Loss can leave us with a deep sense of longing - for what was, what might have been, or what we wish had turned out differently. Sometimes the hardest losses are those that others may not recognise as grief, yet the heart still feels them deeply.

These experiences can bring sadness, confusion, emptiness, or a feeling of being untethered.

In my Grief Healer sessions, you are offered a compassionate and supportive space where your loss and longing is honoured. Through gentle support, compassionate listening and holistic healing, you are invited to move through your grief at your own pace and begin to find peace again.

Whole-Body Healing

The Grief Healer combines bodywork, energy healing, sound therapy, and somatic approaches. We will work together to understand your individual needs and help you integrate grief into your life so you can move forward with renewed hope. You don’t have to carry it alone.
