Chakra Aerial Yoga

This type of yoga is probably more suitable for the more adept yoga professional, though anyone can try it. The benefits of aerial yoga are that your internal organs receive more blood to the parts that wouldn't usually, and it allows for more challenging poses because the back and shoulders are relaxed and supported. 

Participants use fabric hammocks that hang from the ceiling and are able to achieve postures with less strain as it lengthens the muscles and increases flexibility.
