Meet the Minerals: Selenium

Selenium is a super mineral that protects the body from the free radicals that cause cell damage. We only need it in small amounts though, so eating just three brazil nuts (not a whole packet as I tend to favour), will provide you with the recommended daily allowance.

Selenium supports the function of the thyroid, promoting good metabolism and it keeps your hair and skin looking lush!
